You may withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons and without incurring costs by submitting a written declaration. You have 14 days to do so from the date of receipt of the Telegrosik Card or Telegrosik Card top-up. Send your declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement by post to our office or to: reklamacje@telegrosik.pl.
We will refund the funds within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration, to the bank account/payment card from which the payment was made.
NOTE: the possibility of return applies only to Telegrosik Cards and Telegrosik Card Top-ups purchased on the website www.telegrosik.pl. The condition for a refund is not to use all or part of the Telegrosik Card and/or Telegrosik Card Top-up.
